The gift voucher will be sent to an email address, which must be clearly specified at the time of purchase.

It is also important to provide the recipient's phone number; we will use this to verify that they have received our email containing the gift voucher and its corresponding value.

The voucher is valid for a maximum of three months from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher will no longer be valid and will NOT be refunded.
